If, for any reason, you wish to submit a complaint or appeal against Nordic Certification or a client certified by Nordic Certification, this can be done by emailing info@svenskcertifiering.com.
We will confirm receipt of your complaint.
Once your complaint or appeal has been submitted, we register the case in our improvement management process.
After conducting a root cause analysis and taking appropriate actions, you will be contacted with feedback on our decision.
For personnel certification services, complaints against certified individuals will be communicated upon receipt.
After a decision has been made, we follow up on the effectiveness of the implemented actions.
All complaints are handled independently, impartially, and promptly.
